Customer service is a constantly changing function of any business.
At Adin Group, we are in the process of revamping our Customer Service Program starting with streamlining methods of reaching the proper person you need to speak with.
Using products like the web you are viewing now and Bell Canada's Prime Line Service for small businesses, we have created a simple menu to reach the department you need to speak with as quickly as possible. The 24 hour Customer Service Representative (CSR) is at 416-410-2346, option 2. This option is directed to the duty person on call. We try to return urgent calls within 20 minutes and non urgent calls as soon as able. If you havn't heard from our service person in a reasonable amount of time, please try again. We rely on communication technologies, like everyone else, that have limitations. We may be in areas at times where signals are not available. Please be patient.
Our service persons are trained internally, by suppliers and manufacturers that offer programs to us. Keeping up to date on the latest technologies is a constant process. We try to meet that challange for our integrators and service persons alike.
