Most of our services now require some form of documentation to be signed before we proceed with installations that set out the responsibilities of our customers and of Adin Group Inc. along with liability and warranty statements. Please make sure you are satisfied with the terms of the agreements before you sign them.

We will spend time reviewing our contracts for providing services to you if you need extra clarification.

Please note:

  • All work orders require signatures to acknowledge completion of service work performed. Our billing process works off these forms. Please insure you review them for accuracy before signing them.
  • copies of the work orders can be supplied with the invoice if necessary.
  • All components supplied either at time of new or original installations or during subsequent service work performed remains the property of Adin Group Inc. without any attachment of liability until the balance of contracts or workorders are received in full.
  • We reserve the right to enter any premise to remove any of the above referred to items if final total payments are not received within stipulated times or 30 days whichever is longer.
  • The customer is responsible for all service labor from the original installation contract or work order along with that of the removal work necessary and any other expenses related to actions necessary for recovery of payments.
