Q: How long has Adin Group Inc. been in business?
A: Mr. Hartwick has owned this business since mid 1985. Our first loyal clients were recorded at that time. A name change occured in 1989 to Adin Group Inc.
Q: Why should I use Adin Group Inc. for our services?
A: A graduate in Design Engineering Technology set the proper base to start from. Hobbies & interests have always been in the electronics and design fields. Post graduate experience with IBM provided an excellent customer support background. My initial interest in this business came about when my wood working / manufacturing shop was broken into. I became so angry and frustrated that I bought the alarm company I was going to have install my alarm system. I have been at it ever since, dedicated to learning as many facets of the security industry as possible. Each part of our business has come about from experience and opportunities though interaction with clients and suppliers alike. Adin's corporate mandate is to join together all of our combined knowledge and experience to provide services & solutions that will work, whether it is in security or communications for voice (phone systems etc.) or data (networks and computer products or services). .
Q: What type of clients do you deal with?
A: Our client base needs range from small items like door open alarms (plant shipping mandoors for example) to multi-building security systems,
» from single line phone services and troubleshooting for homes to multi line keybased phone systems for businesses made by major manufacturers like Samsung, Nitsuko, Mitel and Nortel,
» from networks for 2 computers at home so they can share the internet and printers to corporate networks and servicing over 70 computers for notable companies.
Clients include the likes of PCO/Johnson Wax, Robert Bosch, Rabba Fine Foods, General Mills, Coatings/Acadian Group, Intelliguides, Premium Auto Collision, Fine Auto Collision, MTC Computers, naming only a few, to residences stretching from Kingston to Windsor & north of Huntsville totaling over 650. We have dealt with each product category in the main home page page and a few more.
For simplicity sake, we consider ourselves to be a high technology provider. We take useful parts of the working world and combine them to help others protect themselves and their assets and to work more efficiently and cost effectively. Nothing frustrates me more than to enter a potential client's location and see poor workmanship and/or lack of forethought when quoting products or services just to come in at a lower initial quote to get the job. The client looses a future growth path and quality companies like ours loose value in the client's eyes with scepticism and mistrust. The high technology industry has been frought with unscrupulous providers overselling the capabilities of their products or their own capabilities.
Please take note of the quote near the top left of our home page . It is based on factual experience!
